It's like looking through an issue of Import Tuner.

I used to follow Japanese tuner cars whether it be racing, wrenching or reading. Rice rockets. While my taste is thankfully a bit more refined today, I used to love 'em. I'd squirm over a true championship white JDM Integra Type R, Nissan's R 32's 33's and 34's. Now being in HK, seeing these cars is like seeing a miata or a 350z in the states. They're everywhere.

From what I've been able to observe thus far, there are major scenes in the rally cars: EVOs and WRX's, Mugen Hondas and a strange cube wagon scene. Think of the Scion Xb in several different forms, with a set of Rays (light japanese racing wheels) and carbon fiber accents. Furthermore seeing a set of Rays is like seeing a set of 20"s in Savannah. They've actually got a sense of taste over here.

We are also seeing a lot of high end machines you'd only see on Rodeo Drive or 5th Ave. Here are some of the pics I've been able to snag. I just found an ISO 3200 feature on my Canon, so that's helped in getting a relatively clear shot on drivebys. Bare* with me as I learn my camera better.
