I read this somewhere on the back of ketchup bottle. Cant remember which brand, hunt, heinz, one of the big ones.

There are these type A people that think they can do it all, when they get into a power position they try to do everyone's job. NO! I say.
Focus on managing the big picture, that's one's job as a leader. Then all the "runts" or "slaves" will be charged with loyalty, trust and an unrivaled work ethic, all fighting for one common goal.

This is success.
